At BIM 2 Reality, we are all about revolutionizing the way the construction industry plans, designs, and manages projects. Many people in the industry see BIM 2 Reality as Building Information Modeling - creating 3D digital models of buildings, which contain all of its physical and functional characteristics. While that is part of what we do, for us here at BIM 2 Reality, we think of it as Building Information Management. We are focused on the Information Management aspect of a project - using a strategic approach to enhance collaboration, reduce costs, minimize risks, and improve the overall efficiency and quality of your construction projects.
Our team is led by Don DeGuzman and is composed of members that have been in the construction industry with over
2 decades of experience in both the field and in managing various projects. Don got his start as a sheet-metal
apprentice and has worked his way up to BIM director building a department from scratch, developing his own BIM
processes, and running coordination processes for many of the general contractors here in the Bay Area. Don’s
focus is to bring his knowledge and expertise to every project and to ensure his team stays up to date with the
latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative and tailored solutions.
